For students and PhD candidates who want to succeed with confidence, move beyond self-doubt, and improve the skills and habits needed to thrive.
You know you’re capable of more, but doubts, distractions and circumstances keep holding you back. You’re ambitious and capable, yet it feels harder than it should and you’re not sure you can rise to your full potential.
I know I’m intelligent, but I still feel insecure about my work. Surrounded by brilliant people, I feel like a Calimero: everyone else is big, and I’m small. Sometimes I wonder if I can really reach the same level as others.
No matter how much I do, there is always more waiting. I want to move faster and work more efficiently, yet my progress feels too slow. Deadlines creep closer, and I keep wondering how I can really get more control.
I know what I should be doing, but some days I can’t bring myself to start or I get lost in tasks that don’t matter. The longer I wait, the heavier the work feels. I lose momentum and start to wonder if I can still live up to my ambition and finish.
I tell myself I have to do this on my own, but hours alone behind my screen feel heavy and isolating. I keep my doubts to myself and push harder, yet the silence wears me down and I wonder how long I can keep going like this.
Keep worrying and nothing changes. Time slips away and your schedule explodes. Deadlines pile up, the project overruns and you risk never finishing, while your confidence keeps taking another hit. Is that really the outcome you want?
